You will be assigned a dedicated NSO supervisor who will make regular visits to you and your store and support you with your sales and operations. If you need additional training for new staff members, the team will be on hand to support you.

PacNet is our dedicated platform for PACK & SEND franchise partners. This provides you with information and support on our growth strategy, guides and initiatives as well as all team contact details. There are also resale opportunities, giving you first refusal on stores available to buy should you wish to expand your business empire.

Our customer relationship management system — this is where you receive your job quotes and leads.

Virtual Sales Offices

We have a unique lead generation strategy with our Virtual Sales Offices. When you join, our team will set up a minimum of 3 VSOs for you, assigned to surrounding areas within your territory. This allows customers to enquire in their area, increases our Google ranking and allows us to remain the number one supplier for fragile, unique and large shipping and logistics requirements.
