Our Franchise Process, Your Journey: Step by Step

1. Initial Enquiry & Information Pack

Once you register your interest, our franchise team will send you a comprehensive information pack, including the franchise brochure and application guide.

This gives you a clear overview of the PACK & SEND business model, investment requirements, and growth opportunity before progressing further.

2. Introductory Discovery Call

Once you’ve submitted your enquiry, a member of our franchise team will be in touch to discuss your background, experience and motivations for joining the PACK & SEND network as well as discussing your preferred location.

At this stage the team will also share more on the financial requirements and initial investment including franchise fees, shop fit costs and our technology platforms.

3. Detailed Meeting & Business Overview

You will then be invited to book a meeting with our Franchise Recruitment Manager.

This session provides a detailed overview of the business model, licence process, market demand, financial structure, and the day-to-day realities of running a PACK & SEND store.

4. Business Plan & Location Planning

At this stage, you will receive our business plan template and begin to build your own business growth plan with the continued support and guidance from our team.

You’ll be introduced to our systems and begin looking at premises options, market demand and your shop requirements.

5. Final Approval & Executive Interview

Once your business plan has been approved, you’ll be sent a copy of our franchise agreement along with a form to provide us with the details of your new business so we can draw up your final agreement.

You’ll also be welcomed onboard through a final executive interview with our Group Managing Director, Michael Gratton.

Michael likes to welcome all new franchise partners to the network personally, this is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may still have at this stage or about our wider franchise network.

6. Contract Signing – Welcome to the Network!

The final step is to sign your contract and you will officially begin your journey as a PACK & SEND Franchise Partner and entrepreneur.

With full onboarding, training and launch support, you’ll be ready to open your PACK & SEND centre and start building your business with confidence.

What does a typical service centre earn?

PACK & SEND service centres operate in a specialist part of the logistics market, focused on fragile, large, unusual and valuable (FLAV) items.

  • PACK & SEND service centres report gross profit margins typically in excess of 65%, reflecting the premium nature of specialist packing and shipping services.
