The final step is to attend an executive interview with Richard and our Group Managing Director, Michael Gratton.

The final stage of your franchise journey is the Executive Interview with Michael Gratton, our Managing Director. This is an informal but important meeting where Michael will get to know you personally and understand your ambitions, motivations, and plans. He enjoys meeting every new member of the PACK & SEND network, and this is your opportunity to meet the person at the helm of the business.

Following your interview, you will receive your Franchise Award Letter and Agreement and clear next steps to officially join the network. The portal will continue to guide you as you prepare for onboarding and starting your franchise, with a dedicated resource section on onboarding, introducing you to the team and your next steps checklist.
