What We Look for in Our Franchise Partners
You may have already had your meeting with Richard, or have this scheduled soon. Now is a great time to start learning more about the business, how it works and how it aligns with your motivations and goals.
This stage is designed to give you a clearer understanding of the PACK & SEND business and how it could align with your motivations, experience, and long-term goals. During your conversation with Richard, you’ll discuss the scope of the opportunity, how the business model works, what a typical day as a franchise partner looks like, and key commercial considerations such as revenue streams, margins, and potential return on investment.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and continue building a full picture of what franchise ownership with PACK & SEND could look like for you.
The relationship with our franchise partners is unique in business, and there are clear obligations that must be met by both parties in order to achieve success. While a franchise business system helps minimise risk in starting a small business, it still requires hard work — and you have the opportunity to make your mark on it.
It is critical that every franchise partner we take on understands and empathises with PACK & SEND’s mission and values. To support this, we have a structured and considered approach to the selection of franchise partners through our Discovery Process, reducing the likelihood of an imperfect match and allowing us to arrive at a successful commercial partnership.
It is equally important to us that you find a franchise opportunity that’s right for you. So, we make sure all prospective franchise partners get the opportunity to fully evaluate us and make sure what we offer is the best franchise opportunity for you personally.
We look for driven people to join our team, who have a blend of skills and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. Ideally, you will have business experience acquired from a sales or management role, or through running your own customer-facing business.
